भारत सरकार द्वारा "मिशन शक्ति" अम्ब्रेला योजना के तहत महिलाओं की सुरक्षा, संरक्षण एवं सशक्तिकरण हेतु विभिन्न पहल शुरू की गई हैं। संबल उपयोजना के अंतर्गत, जांजगीर-चांपा (छ.ग.) स्थित "सखी" वन स्टॉप सेंटर में 08 सेवा प्रदाता पदों की भर्ती के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए हैं। CG Janjgir-Champa Sakhi One Stop Center Recruitment 2025 इच्छुक अभ्यर्थी 03 मार्च 2025 से 03 अप्रैल 2025 तक शाम 05:30 बजे तक अपना आवेदन जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी, महिला एवं बाल विकास, जांजगीर-चांपा (छ.ग.), पिन – 495668 के कार्यालय में जमा कर सकते हैं। निर्धारित तिथि के बाद प्राप्त आवेदनों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। केवल रजिस्टर्ड डाक, स्पीड पोस्ट या कोरियर के माध्यम से भेजे गए आवेदन ही स्वीकार किए जाएंगे।

Education Qualifications 

1Case Worker

  • Any woman having a Bachelor in Law Social Work Sociology/Socialscience Psychology with at least 3 years experience of working on women related relevant domains in Government Government or Non-project/programme She should be a resident of the local community so that local human resource and expertise is utilised for effective functioning of the centre

2Para Legal Personnel Lawyer

  • In the absence of Legal Advisors provided by District Legal Services Authority, the legal counselling service could be outsourced to any person having a degree in Law with legal traming of knowledge of laws with at least 3 years experience of working Government. Whe Non-Government women telated project programme at the district level or to any practicing Lawyer with at least 2 years" experience of litigation in any court of law.

3Para Medical Personnel

  • In the absence of a regular Para Medical Personnel provided by District Health Authorities, the medical assistance service could be outsourced to any woman having professional degree /diploma in paramedics with a background in health sector and preferably with at least 3 years experience of working within a Government Non-or Government health project/programme at the district level.

4Office Assistant with computer knowledge

  • The services could be outsourced to any person who is a graduate with at least diploma in computers/II etc with a minimum of 3 years" experience in data management, process documentation and web-based reporting formats, video conferencing at state or district government level or with Non-Governmental/ IT-based organizations.

5Multi-purpose Staff/Cook

  • The multi-purpose activity could be outsourced to any person who is literate with knowledge experience of working in the relevant domain, High School pass or equivalent will be preferred

6Security Guard Night Guard

  • The services could be outsourced to any person who is Passed 8th from any recognized board having at least 2 years" experience of working as security personnel in a government or reputed organization at the district/state level. Hef she should preferably be retired military /para-military personnel.

 Rules 

नियुक्ति की अवधि :-

  •  इन समस्त पदों पर प्रथम बार में एकमुश्त सेवा शुल्क पर अधिकतम 02 वर्ष की अवधि हेतु योग्य अभ्यर्थियों का चयन/नियुक्त किया जाएगा तथा तपश्चात् कार्य योग्यता, कार्य क्षमत्ता एवं व्यवहार तथा विभाग की आवश्यकता के आधार पर तथा नियंत्रणकर्ता अधिकारी की अनुशंसा के आधार पर उपयुक्तता का आंकलन कर सेवा अवधि प्रत्येक बार 01 वर्ष के लिए जिला कलेक्टर द्वारा बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया जा सकेगा अन्यथा सेवा अवधि की समाप्ति पर अवधि न बढ़ाए जाने पर नियुवित्त स्वमेव समाप्त गानी जाएगी।
  •  चयनित सेवा प्रदाता की नियुक्ति पूर्णतः अस्थायी होगी एवं बिना कारण बतायें भी समाप्त की जा सकती है। कार्य अवधि के दौरान दोनों पक्षों में से किसी एक पक्ष द्वारा एक माह पूर्व सूचना या उसके एवज में एक माह का वेतन देकर नियुक्ति समाप्त की जा सकती है।
  • इन पदों की अवधि भारत शासन द्वारा योजना संचालन की अवधि तक ही सीमित होगी एवं तदोपरांत पद समाप्त कर दिये जायेंगे। पद समाप्ति के उपरांत इन पदों पर कार्यरत सेवा प्रदाताओं की विभाग की कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी।
