भारत शासन द्वारा एकीकृत महिला सशक्तिकरण कार्यक्रम अंतर्गत अम्ब्रेला स्कीम के रूप में योजना मिशन शक्ति दिनांक 01/04/2022 से लागू है। योजनांतर्गत दो उपयोजना संबल एवं सामर्थ शामिल है सबल उपयोजना अंतर्गत सखी वन स्टॉप सेंटर योजना सम्मिलित है।CG Khairagarh Chhuikhadan Gandai Service Providers Samvida Bharti 2024 जिला खैरागढ़-छुईखदान-गंडई को संचालनालय महिला एवं चाल विकास विभाग का पत्र क्रमांक /10478/मयावि/मरामि/सखी-4/2024-25 नया रायपुर दिनांक 2711.2024 के द्वारा केन्द्र संचालन हेतु स्वीकृति प्राप्ति उपरांत विज्ञापन प्रस्तारित किये जा रहे है। सखी वन स्टॉप सेंटर में व्यक्तिगत सेवाप्रदाता के रूप में केवल महिलाओं की सेवायें प्राप्त की जायेगी।

Education Qualifications 

1.Central Administrator

  • Any woman having a Masters in Law/ Social Work/ Sociology/Social Science/Psychology with at least 5 years" experience of working on women related relevant domains in an administrative set-up with a Government Government Non- project/
  • programme and preferably with at least 1 year experience of counselling either within or outside the same set-up.
  • She should be preferably a resident of the local community so that local human resource and expertise is utilised for effective. functioning of the centre

2.Case worker

  • Any woman having a Bachelor in Law/ Social Work/Sociology/Social science/ Psychology with at least 3 years" experience of working on women related relevant domains Government Government or project/programme. in a Non-
  • She should be a resident of the local community so that local human resource and expertise is utilised for effective functioning of the centre.

3.Para Legal Personnel/ Lawyer

  • In the absence of Legal Advisors provided by District Legal Services Authority, the legal counselling service could be outsourced to any person having a degree in Law/ with legal training or knowledge of laws with at least 3 years" experience of working within Government or a Non- Government women related project/ programme at the district level or to any practicing Lawyer with at least 2 years" experience of litigation in any court of law

4.Para Medical Personnel

  • In the absence of a regular Para Medical Personnel provided by District Health Authorities, the medical assistance service could be outsourced to any woman having professional degree / diploma in paramedics with a background in health sector and preferably with at least 3 years experience of working within Government Non- Government health project/ programme at the district level.

5.Psycho-social Counsellor

  • The service could be outsourced to any woman having professional degree / diploma in psychology / psychiatry neurosciences. with a background in health sector and preferably with at least 3 years" experience of working within Government or Non- Government health project/ programme at the district level

6.Office Assistant with computer knowledge

  • The services could be outsourced to any person who is a graduate with at least diploma in computers/ IT etc with a minimum of 3 years" experience in data management, process documentation and web- based reporting formats, video conferencing at state or district level with government Governmental/ organizations. or Non- IT-based organization 

7. Multi-purpose Staff/Cook

  • The multi-purpose activity could be outsourced to any person who is literate with knowledge/ experience of working in the relevant domain. High School pass or equivalent will be preferred

8.Security Guard/ Night Guard

  • The services could be outsourced to any person who is Passed 8th from any recognized board having at least 2 years experience of working as security personnel in a government or reputed organization at the district/ state level. He/ she should preferably be retired military /para-military personnel.


Selection Process

 Rules 

  • इन समस्त पदों पर प्रथम बार में एकमुश्त सेवा शुल्क पर अधिकतम 02 वर्ष की अवधि हेतु योग्य अभ्यर्थियों का चयन/नियुक्त किया जाएगा तथा तपश्चात् कार्य योग्यता, कार्य क्षमता एवं व्यवहार तथा विभाग की आवश्यकता के आधार पर तथा नियंत्रणकर्ता अधिकारी की अनुशंसा के आधार पर उपयुक्तता का आंकलन कर सेवा अवधि प्रत्येक बार 01 वर्ष के लिए जिला कलेक्टर द्वारा बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया जा सकेगा अन्यथा सेवा अवधि की समाप्ति पर अवधि न बढ़ाए जाने पर नियुक्ति स्वमेव समाप्त मानी जाएगी।
  • 4.2 चयनित सेवा प्रदाता की नियुक्ति पूर्णतः अस्थायी होगी एवं बिना कारण बतायें भी समाप्त की जा सकती है। कार्य अवधि के दौरान दोनों पक्षों में से किसी एक पक्ष द्वारा एक माह पूर्व सूचना या उसके एवज में एक माह का वेतन देकर नियुक्ति समाप्त की जा सकती है।
  • 4.3 इन पदों की अवधि भारत शासन द्वारा योजना संचालन की अवधि तक ही सीमित होगी एवं तदोपरांत पद समाप्त कर दिये जायेंगे। पद समाप्ति के उपरांत इन पदों पर कार्यरत सेवा प्रदाताओं की विभाग की कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी।
